Return Policy

RETURN

If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, we accept returns within 14 business days from the date the goods are received by the customer—no questions asked. We will refund the full amount of the items, minus the shipping charges, within 3 days of receiving the return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items that have been used or are custom-made orders will not be eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us by phone or email within 14 days of receiving the goods. Customers are required to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before returning the merchandise. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once an RMA# is issued, the returned goods must be shipped within 7 business days.

To protect their interests, customers are advised to use "delivery tracking" when sending return packages.

In cases where defects are found upon receipt of the merchandise, customers must contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receiving the goods to request a replacement or refund. We will cover the return shipping charges for defective merchandise.


PACKAGE LOST DURING RETURN

When returning the item(s), it is recommended to use a tracking service. In case the package is lost, we will not issue a refund for items without proof of return.

EXCHANGE

We do not have an exchange procedure in our system. If a customer needs to exchange an item, please first follow the return procedure outlined above to return the item(s), and then place a new order for the desired item.
